I’ve been going to appointments at the Willow Lawn location for a very long time. Matt is the best especially if you need dry needling done. Tyler and Chelsea are great to work with as well. They are very accommodating and friendly. I needed doctor’s notes for my jobs and every time I came in for my appointments, my notes were already complete and waiting at the front desk for me to pick up. Dr. Okay is very understanding and helpful. He would always address all of my concerns and genuinely cares about your well being.

I was in a pretty bad car accident last summer and Alliance was recommended to me. Everyone is super kind and very intentional about tailoring your recovery to your physical capabilities/ needs. I’m in a much better place and i have this group of awesome humans to thank for that!

Alliance Physical Therapy has some of the most professional staff. They really see to it that you receive the best treat ment to recovery possible . I highly recommend them if you're in the central VA area.

Very welcoming atmosphere. I came here 3 times a week for 3 months and never had a bad experience. The staff is both knowledgeable and personable, Matt does a great job. I would highly recommend.

I recently finished my therapy sessions with alliance the staff was awesome helped me recover from an accident! The staff put together a plan working on all parts of my body that was sore , tight or either weak from accident daily with new challenges. 10/10 would recommend for anyone feeling any discomfort or going threw a injury.

I recently completed my physical therapy program today, following a car accident, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Matt, my physical therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each exercise and its purpose. His professionalism and skill made me feel confident throughout recovery. He made thoughtful suggestions for services that helped in my overall recovery. Beyond that, he was truly a pleasure to work with - always patient, encouraging, and attentive to how I was progressing. Thanks to Matt’s guidance, I’ve made significant improvements and feel well on my way to full record. I’m very grateful for the outstanding level of service and would enthusiastically recommend this program to anyone needing physical therapy.

krishna is a wonderful physical therapist and her manual skills are magical you should give her the whole physical therapy practice. Dr Okay is a excellent MD his voice is so calming i think he should read audiobooks to help people sleep him and matt are very thorough with their exams aswell. Chelsea is also very kind she helped my little brother feel better so he could get back to playing soccer her and her unborn child deserve a raise. Nover is also an amazing physical therapist she is so helpful and her accent is beautiful. Hayley is another great therapist she has helped me so much after my car accident and never failed to make me smile. Anh has also been so helpful throughout my time here and her nails are always stunning. Maroa and Cristal at the front desk are so warm friendly and welcoming every time i come in. They never forget my school note and always make sure i have it. This is 1000000% the best physical therapy in all of virginia and all of these awesome physical therapists have continued to help me feel better and try to get back to normal.

I was at Alliance PT for over 6 months following my auto crash. I received amazing care, predominately from my main therapist Matt Burress. He was professional, listened well, always had knowledgeable answers for my questions, and really catered each session to my individual needs and wants. His efforts majorly quickened my recovery. I also received amazing care from Chelsea, Krishna, and Hailey. I had several sessions with each of them and they were ever kind, helpful, and insightful with what my body needed for treatment. I highly recommend this place!
